Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. This was my first time working with QinPrinting, and my first time in charge of getting a book printed. The staff were very helpful! They made sure I understood everything that was going on, they corrected the one error I found quickly, they kept me updating on the shipping process, and the final result was beautiful!
We had a very positive experience working with QinPrinting. The standout feature throughout the process was their exceptionally fast response time — whether generating quotations, answering technical questions, or clarifying production details. Communication was consistently professional, clear, and efficient, which made the entire process much smoother. The final insert cards were also produced to a very high standard. The cardstock quality, soft-touch lamination, and overall finish gave the inserts a premium feel that aligned perfectly with our brand positioning. Production and delivery were handled professionally, and the overall experience reflected strong attention to detail and customer service. We are very happy with the outcome and would gladly work with QinPrinting again for future projects.
The customer service and quick responses of Qinprinting was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fulfill my order by a deadline.

Qin Printing has been fantastic. We had such a great experience working with them over the past couple of years. Susan has been a huge help with everything along the way and has such high attention to detail. The quality of the finished product is truly exceptional. The shipping to UK and US for us was seamless and they are always helpful when organising it. I cannot recommend them more.
From start to receipt of my books QinPrinting has provided excellent service. Nelson is quick to respond, helped out with a layout issue and kept me informed every step of the way. The books are professional in all aspects and top quality. I am doing reprints and will use QinPrinting for all my book publishing needs.
Service and product both fantastic. Sharing Shan with whom I worked could not have been more responsive, informative, and patient. I've already recommended your company to several others.
Very communicative, great to work with, very pleased with the final product :)
Irene was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Price, quality and service were all excellent
Excellent communication to get my final children book design approval. Since the book's were shipped by cargo it took some time to get to the U.S but they facilitate an air shipment of 20 samples to meet my deadline. it was worth the waiting. The quality was superb and I am expecting to place an additional order. Good job Qin Printing
I used QinPrinting to print children's board books that would eventually be distributed internationally and they turned out beautifully. Neon was an incredibly detail-oriented, patient, communicative and fast-responding partner to work with. I had a great experience with QinPrinting and would highly recommend them!
Great communication! answered all of my questions along the way and delivered excellent quality books.Great service I already plan on ordering more books from them.
Communication throughout the process was Fantastic! High quality product and wonderful service. Very proud to say my book was printed by QinPrinting!
Printing my book with QinPrinting was a flawless and gratifying experience. This was the first time I have printed a book outside the U.S., and I was understandably a little nervous. Every step of the way, the communication was great and promises were kept. Daniel responded promptly to every question I had. The quality of the printing exceeded work I've had done by large U.S. printers, not to mention that the cost (including shipping and tariffs) was far less than I would have paid here at home. I am very proud of my new book and thankful to Qin!
I am based in Swansea in the U.K. and wanted to produce a memorial book to commemorate my Father’s life. I collected memories from 100 friends and family members, and added to it , along with 250 photos. I had a quote from Mia at QinPrinting and was so impressed with the efficient communication and excellent price. I decided to go for it, despite my concerns about delivery and turn around. Mia was amazing throughout the process and everything happened just as she said. The printing of 200 A4 books with 200 pages was completed within the week. The order arrived within a week of dispatch. I was so impressed with the quality. The books were given out at the memorial last weekend and everyone loves them ! Thank you so much for the excellent services. If anyone is thinking about it , I would say - I can 100% recommend - a fantastic company and a wonderful book !!! Thank you
Order process was easy, with great communication and prompt replies. Product is really high quality - really happy with the board book that was produced
