Macholl cook quality resource llc was very professional and helpful. they expleined evrething clearly and provided good customer service. the process was smooth and easy to complete. i appreciate their support and comunication.
Did not use their services, but was turned off by their aggressiveness in sales, talking a million words a minute, constantly running circles around me, became angry and irritated at my resistance. Weird guilt tripping about how I wasted their time, wanted me to pay upfront for something I wasn't even looking for, etc., etc.
They called me, hung up before I could answer, leaving no message. I called back, thinking they were a customer, and got dragged into an exhausting sales call. I had never heard of them, didn't know anything about them, but I didn't like their sales tactics. They desperately wanted me to pay them before the end of the call and close out a deal, but as far as I could tell they offered services that I already receive from competitors.
I got burned once by a company like this early in starting a business. I am open to receiving calls for marketing deals and whatnot, but not this kind. Even if they offer valuable services, I wouldn't trust their salespeople.
They also kept talking about geo-tagging of images on Google. A cursory amount of research indicates this is an outdated tactic that has almost no value in improving Google listings.
This company has been working on my business marketing and it has been a great experience.
Customer support is great, they responded all my questions and give me results, I do appreciate the time that George Cooper spends every time we have a call.
Harry and Jay are the best! Their work is outstanding and they are extremely patient. My computer skills are lacking and they explain things clearly in English not computer talk. I highly recommend them!!! 5 Star.
