The company has been easy to work with. The most stand-out aspect has been my representative, Mary. She has been personable and truly concerned for what will make my company grow. She is not afraid to tell me what I don't want to hear. Even when I give her backlash and a hard time, she has my best interest at heart. (I may have made her cry a few times because I'm exacting and can difficult) There have been MANY times that I've questioned her recommendations and bucked her proposals. I've done the research and had to admit that her advice is sound and she knows more than I do in this realm. It's not just a sales pitch, it's sound advice. And what she cannot answer immediately, she consults with her team to provide the most useful answer. It's very annoying to those of us who know everything, but are shown that what we thought we knew, is outdated. Mary has proven to be a true advocate of my business and a tangible asset. And she's nice! This review has not been given lightly. I am well known in my industry for being the one who demands perfection in all I do and from those whom I associate with. Mary has been the recipient of that standard on more occasions than she would care to remember. And she delivered.
