Responsive, informative and approachable. We have been using Quartile for around 10 months and as a small business we have seen growth in different areas across our Amazon platform and with Google Ads, our sessions are always backed with data, analysis, there are a host of tools that are available on the platform. Pricing is transparent and we got some great intro deals and offers which helped us to trial them for the first few months, I also appreciated their onboarding process which was reassuring and informative. Our account manager is informed, connected and we have regular meetings which give us great guidelines and suggestions on branding awareness, growth strategy and anything else on our mind. I hired Quartile just over 2 months to manage my Amazon PPC advertising, and so far have found them to be cost effective and highly professional. Prior to engaging Quartile, my Amazon sales had been slowly declining for 4+ months. Since hiring them, Pedro has been working on my account and I have seen improvement in top-line sales as well as better advertising efficiency (lower ACOS and TACOS). I've been an Amazon seller for about 5 years and have previously worked with 4 other Amazon ad agencies. My business is relatively small, and in my experience I've found most Amazon ad agencies structure their pricing and service plans for larger Amazon sellers. My experience with Pedro and Quartiles is that they have proactively tailored their pricing & plan to meet the needs of my smaller business. I am very satisfied so far with their service and people! - One additional detail that I would bring up is their onboarding model is different from the other agencies I've worked with. They have a specialized team (including Pedro) that works with clients during the initial 1 - 3 month "trial period" to ensure a good fit between client and agency. If during this initial period they don't see a good fit from their perspective, they tell you directly. Their explanation for this approach is that they prefer to quickly evaluate whether their services will benefit their clients, and they are OK with some relationships ending quickly that they believe will ultimately prove unproductive for their clients (or themselves). From my perspective, I find it refreshing to see an agency focused on creating "win-win" relationships, and not just on generating fees.
