What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently mention being completely overwhelmed by continuous and relentless phone calls, text messages, and emails arriving shortly after submitting their contact information online. People explain that the website often fails to provide direct online quotes as advertised, instead forcing users to speak with agents or third parties.
However, some customers also noted that trying to communicate directly with the company is extremely difficult because support agents do not answer. Reviewers additionally warn that purchasing these business leads results in wasted money and frustrated prospects who never actually requested insurance quotes.

The worst decision I made in 2026 was giving QuoteWizard my phone number ...
The worst decision I made in 2026 was giving this company my phone number, thinking I was going to get a quote. I got the quote phone call, and about 100 more calls so far. They come every few minutes, every single one from a different phone number. I called back QuoteWizard to opt-out, apparently that takes 24-48 hours and the agents who were already given my number will keep it. Absolute nightmare.
Someone used my personal information to sign me up for quotes on a Chrysler and Buick when I have no such vehicles. Trying to call them leads to an AI bot with zero humans available to help. This company is forwarding my information for additional harassment with no assistance to get me off their list when it wasn't even me who submitted the information.
Hundreds of unsolicited calls for different names!!!!!
I have been receiving hundreds of unsolicited call from Farmers Insurance for auto quotes. All for different names from across the USA. There is no page on their website go get on a do not call list. The agents getting these leads are getting ripped off!!
do not use the service the moment I filled out all my information. immediately I started getting phone calls and texts. like from 8:00 in the morning and have them call repeatedly through the day never leaving a voicemail and just ringing my phone over and over again. I'm sorry this is harassment.
and some of the numbers that they have called me or spoofed phone numbers. that means they are fake phone numbers and will not identify what their business is. I consider that being used by scammers so I would say a good portion of the people that use the service are scammers. do not use the service.
I feel that all my information. they couldn't even be bother to share with anyone interested in giving me a quote. I'm not going to refill out the same information Time after Time after Time when I've already done it once. again the service is not worth the time or effort.
The sales people don't do anything to help or respond to emails unless its in regards to an agent wanting to put more money in. Trying to communicate with the company is impossible. Most leads were either at a disconnected number or they had already gotten a quote and a policy from somewhere else.
What a scam!
I received an email from Quotewizard but the link on the page goes to a Trustpilot link and review for Lendingtree (which is vastly higher rated). Had it been correctly pointing to this review I would probably not taken the next, disastrous step, of clicking on the link in the email to see my quote.
That just opened up the barrage of text and calls from about 30 different people and none actually had a quote for me.
This is a complete scam -avoid at all costs
Quick rate??? 10 minutes and im still answering questions and telling me that I agree to all kinds of communication is not right at all. Ill just call my HOME OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY.
Total scam. No quotes ever loaded or were emailed. Just bombarded with texts and calls with nothing in writing to compare and review. Shown links that never open. Don’t waste your time. I was skeptical and backed out when it required phone and e-mail to see any quotes, but still treated me like I agreed to it.
Hands down the worst lead vendor in the industry. 50% were disconnected or wrong number. 25% had no idea why I was calling. Returns capped. Account managers can’t do anything and don’t answer the phone or return calls
You have to work for these leads (i.e. reach out as soon as they come in) but their conversion rates and return policies work well for insurance agents. The only time I've had issues with their leads they refund them so we can work proper leads. Out of all the lead sources we use at our brokerage this is the most reliable.
I wanted to compare rates. You spit out one company and then gave all of them my contact info and now I keep getting call after call. I did not sign up to be harassed. I just simply wanted to compare coverages. Thanks for ruining my week.
