A bit of digging and I was provided with much better rates from a different company and Roslyn patiently walked me through the process, which included a home inspection, multiple fixes, and a followup inspection before the new company approved me. I told him what I needed & try to keep my insurance pay as close as possible cause of where I am living .... he was a great person to work with , very friendly & very perfessional about my situation, he was great person to talked to & worked with . He made me feel as though he genuinely cared about my needs and did the best he could to find a good fit for my insurance needs. Too bad ALL telemarketing type operators aren't as kind, patient and dedicated as he was. He spoke clearly and made everything easy to understand.
