Purchased the microneedling system. Every time I go to use it I can’t get the lid separated from the needles. It’s too tight. I’ve sent photos, bar codes, a video and it’s just the unnecessary questioning of a customer that’s annoying. I’ve been sent a replacement once but it’s happened again. Customer service is poor. Just replace the lids- it’s not difficult! The energy and time involved is ridiculous. It’s not like I want more serum. I just want to use the serum I have. I won’t buy from them again.

Fantastic Results
I have been getting micro-needling done professionally for years and have loved the results. When I discovered Qure Skincare and saw that I could do it myself, I tried it and never went back.
The money I am saving from paying for the professional treatments is astounding and the results are just as impressive. Both the brightening serum and the serum for fine lines and wrinkles do exactly what they say they do — brightens dark spots and skin, and works amazingly on fine lines and wrinkles around eyes, mouth, on forehead and neck. I even do the top of my hands and fingers and believe it or not, I can see the results almost instantly.
I had a problem with the last shipment where some of the vials had leaked out during shipping. Customer service reached out to me immediately, was very concerned about my problem, and within a day had another set shipped out to me. That alone is enough for me to stay with Qure, but the product really does offer an incredible service and if you are willing to commit to a schedule (I like to do it every 2 weeks or so), you will see results immediately, both short-term and long-term.
To make sure I get my neck properly, I sometimes lay back on the couch with a mirror so I can be more flat to make sure I get the best use of the product. And I will use remaining serum to use other places such as my hands, arms, and even above my knees. The results are pretty incredible.
I saw a cosmetic surgeon wanting to talk about options to keep my skin looking tight for as long as I can and she said the best treatment she could suggest is micro-needling. I’m in my 50s and feel good in my skin and will continue using this system. I get so many compliments on my skin and even I can even see the improvement. I’m happy with the results.

Why do I feel this way?
I had many, many questions and they answered them all with care, honesty and in a timely fashion. I was comparing between this and DRM lab with the PDRN. They NEVER got back to me! Ever!

I w@need to take advantage of your 70% off micro needling, but I was having a lot of trouble trying to place my order. My iPad doesn’t help , it could be the problem. I was getting frustrated so I contacted Customer Service to help me. Janica was so very helpful in getting it done. She demonstrated a great knowledge and patience. I was also trying to use a coupon for a free product, and it started getting late at night and we weren’t finished, so I thought oh, we’ll, the special has timed out now, it’s too late. So I said, I’m stopping now. The next morning, Janica contacted me again, and guided me through the process to complete my order, while taking advantage of both specials. I was very grateful, as it was a really good deal. Thankyou again to Janica for finishing the order with me.
