Many people appreciate the helpful email alerts and special discounts, noting that the mobile app makes browsing for future trips fun and practical. Easy to sign up to, and impossible to cancel. I signed up, never used this service, forgot about it, and when it came time to renewal, there was no email or anything to remind me. As well as that. They tried taking money multiple times from an account that had no money in it. There was still no communicating with me. They waited patiently until the time that there was money in the account and then they took it. I immediately contacted them saying that I never once used there service, that I did not wish to renew, that they were sneaky in their whole renewal process, that it was next to impossible to unsubscribe, and they still wouldn't refund me. This is a complete scam to rob your money. Do not sign up. Seems to be useless information that they provide anyway.
Hello Gina, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the renewal and cancellation process. We’d like to clarify that subscription details, billing, renewals, and cancellation options are provided during checkout, in the welcome email after purchase, in our Terms & Conditions, and in your account dashboard. We also send a renewal reminder before the annual renewal charge to give you the opportunity to review or cancel your subscription before it renews. If your subscription was purchased through the RatePunk website, it can be managed or canceled anytime through My Profile → Plan & Billing in your web dashboard. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, cancellations are managed through your Apple or Google account settings. If you believe something did not work as expected or would like us to review your account and the renewal, please contact us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist. Best regards, RatePunk Team
