I did not appreciate that after I paid to joined, the access to business class deals was available ONLY if I paid more. There was no info to say business was not included in the original price.

I was looking for a one way ticket in Business Class and rates were really high. Then I decided to upgrade my Rate Punk membership to Business Class search and "Voila" from an $882 regular fare I found a $443 rate. That was awesome!

Hey Efrain,
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled that upgrading to Business Class search helped you find a fantastic fare from $882 down to $443 — that’s an amazing saving. We hope RatePunk continues to help you discover more great deals for your travels. ✈️

I haven’t had the opportunity to use the app yet. I haven’t been traveling as much as in the past due to the higher cost of everything. In the past year I’ve had to travel to California several times to care for elderly relatives. It seemed much more expensive than in the past.
After seeing some examples of discount fares I thought I’d check RatePunk before purchasing airfare next time I travel.

Hey Larry,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that travel has become more expensive, especially with the added trips to California. We’re glad you’re planning to check RatePunk before your next flight, and we hope we can help you find a more affordable fare when the time comes. ✈️

I like how you can search and book all on the same app. The layout is clear. The only thing I would prefer is if you could search and monitor all levels of seating on the same search.
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-21
Hello Chanel,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you’re enjoying the clear layout and convenient flight search experience.
We appreciate your suggestion about being able to search and monitor all cabin classes within one search. In the meantime, you can select your preferred travel class when searching and also set up Price Alerts in the app for different cabin classes, including flexible dates, to monitor the options that matter most to you. 😊

I'm new but I just got a notice about about a fare to Hong Kong
I'm new but I just got a notice about a fare to Hong Kong that was a great price. Unfortunately it was for a time that I'm not available to go, but I feel that there will be future opportunities that I will be able to take advantage of. I'm looking forward to seeing more possibilities.
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-21
Hello there,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you’ve already received a promising fare to Hong Kong, even if the dates didn’t work for you this time.
Hopefully the next deal will line up better with your schedule. You can also set up Price Alerts with flexible dates in the app, allowing RatePunk to monitor a broader travel window and notify you when a suitable fare appears. This can be especially useful when you have some flexibility around when you travel.
We hope you discover plenty more possibilities and find a deal that works for your next adventure! 💙

Still getting used to the app. But so far, it’s been pretty great.

Hello Steve,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying RatePunk so far while getting familiar with the app.
We hope you continue discovering great flight options. Don’t forget you can also set up Price Alerts for your preferred airports, destinations, travel class, and specific or flexible dates, so you can be notified when a relevant deal appears. 🙌
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
So far I have not seen anything tempting or value for discount from my original airport .
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-21
Hello Shukri,
We’re sorry you haven’t found a deal that feels worthwhile from your preferred airport yet.
Flight deals can vary significantly depending on the airport, destination, dates, demand, and available airline fares. We recommend setting up Price Alerts in our app for your preferred airport and destinations, including flexible dates, so RatePunk can monitor a wider range of options and notify you when a suitable deal appears.
We hope the right opportunity comes along soon! 🙏
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
Have not yet really benefited from your services to save money on flights as I just joined yesterday.
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-21
Hello Lionel,
Thank you for your feedback! Since you’ve only just joined, we hope you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore RatePunk and find a deal that fits your travel plans.
We recommend setting up Price Alerts in the app for your preferred departure airports, destinations, travel class, and either specific or flexible dates. This allows RatePunk to monitor for relevant deals and notify you when they appear, so you don’t have to keep checking manually. 😊
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
It isn't any different than Google Flights and costs way too much for something that is basically free
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-21
Hello Sonnet,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry RatePunk didn’t provide the value you were expecting.
Google Flights and similar platforms are excellent for comparing available fares, but RatePunk is designed around finding and monitoring flight deals, rather than simply displaying search results. You can set your departure airports, destinations, travel class, and either specific or flexible dates, then create Price Alerts in the app so RatePunk monitors those preferences and notifies you when a relevant opportunity appears.
Flight prices also change constantly based on demand, remaining seat availability, travel dates, airline inventory, booking time, and fare conditions. This means the best fare isn’t always available when you search manually, while an alert can help you catch opportunities when they appear.
We understand that whether this convenience and deal-focused approach is worth the subscription cost is ultimately a personal decision. If you have specific feedback about a deal or feature, please contact [email protected] so our team can take a closer look.
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
