Many people appreciate the helpful email alerts and special discounts, noting that the mobile app makes browsing for future trips fun and practical.

I tried to build something similar using AI but couldn’t get close to the ease and utility of RatePunk. My wife and I are travelling for a year and using the app has enabled us to get business class flights at comparable rates to economy for all the flights we’ve booked so far through the app

It's great to be able to see possible trips. I'm totally down for travelling to a destination I haven't been simply because the flights are cheap and this makes that possible.

I only downloaded the app because originally I was checking via email but it kept sending me a one time passcode to my email which I could not for the life of me understand when I had already joined, paid the money. Verified my email and still could not access the information I really wanted. It is really frustrating to be honest. The app is good. I haven’t found a reasonably priced airfare yet but hope to soon

Hey Deb,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the frustration you had with the one-time passcode and accessing your account after subscribing and verifying your email. We’re glad the app is working better for you now, and we hope you find a great airfare soon. ✈️

In spite of the offer price always goes up when oppening the app is still a good apportunity.
But It call my attention that even when I open immediately the app once receive an email... the price goes up.
Appart from that issue, I like it and search every day form new opportunities.

Hey Patricia,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re glad you still find RatePunk useful for discovering new opportunities. We understand how frustrating it is to see a price increase even when checking right after receiving an email, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. 🙌
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
I’m just getting started, but I’m wondering about the value for the money. When I signed up, I thought the initial price included alerts for business class. After I made my selections, I learned this was an add-on. I also thought I was buying the add-on for a year, but I think it was only for a quarter. We’ll see if what I paid for RatePunk ends up paying for itself!

Hello Nancy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand how the different membership options and add-ons can be confusing when you’re getting started.
Business Class and other premium-cabin opportunities are part of the optional Elite offering, rather than being automatically included with every membership. The available options and their billing periods are presented during the purchase flow, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear enough when you signed up.
We hope RatePunk will prove its value as you explore the platform. We recommend setting up Price Alerts in the app for your preferred routes, airports, dates, and travel class, so you can be notified when relevant deals appear without having to constantly search manually. ✈️
Best regards,
RatePunk Team
I haven't booked a trip yet, but I check daily for the deals. I am reasonably new to rate punk so still getting my head around it all. I like that you give a percentage score of savings and have the original price and the deal also shown. I didn't realise that you didn't book directly through rate punk when I signed up, but now I know this I don't think it matters too much, so long as I am getting a good deal. The emails are also good to alert me to price changes in the airfares I am particularly interested in.

It is nice too see good offers in one table, filter features are good to find more related results. Only one doubt I had yesterday, flight was cheaper İstanbul to Edinburg which was not in your app. I want to be sure that you scan everythinfg before showing me.
