For me RatePunk is as easy as it gets. I've been around the world many times since 1969 and with all these miles under my butt, (well over a million) honestly I've never have the ability to book so far out and have such a selection of options and opportunities in one place.
Thank you RatePunk for creating this platform.
Respectfully Frank Lucketti
Incidentally, RatePunk DOES NOT create the prices there service ONLY reports what is established by the Airlines !
So don't HATE on them if your not satisfied ... RATES CHANGE Moment to Moment.

After signing up for the service, I immediately was able to find a deal on a flight to Maui, saving us $5K on business seats that we otherwise would not have purchased. The service paid for itself many times over in about 20 minutes!

Doesn't provide any value add. Constantly bombarded with fares that are not relevant.

Hello Hugh,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the deals and notifications haven’t felt relevant to you.
You can customize your Price Alerts by selecting your preferred departure airports, destinations, travel dates, and travel class. If you have flexibility, you can also use flexible dates to give RatePunk a wider window to find suitable fares and increase the chances of finding an option that works for you.
If you’re referring to the email notifications, you can also unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email.
If you’re receiving alerts that don’t match your selected preferences, please contact [email protected] with your account email and, if possible, a screenshot of the alerts you’re receiving. Our team can review the setup and help determine why unrelated fares are appearing.

So fr I have not used your service because the "deals" offered are to places that I'm not going to. When something is offered that interests me, then I will have a better opinion of the services you offer.

I am new to the site. I don't have any experience with it yet. Check back in a couple of months for a better sense of what my experience is like. Not sure why you would ask for this feedback if today is the first time I'm on the site.

Prices were exact same as airlines prices!
App is difficult to navigate kept returning to “still deciding “ even though I had paid already!
Hope I can cancel and get my money back!
JUST ANOTHER SCAM SITE!
Reply from RatePunk2026-08-24
Hello Millie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the app and the confusion around your paid membership.
Regarding the prices, RatePunk doesn’t set airline fares. Flight prices depend on factors such as demand, remaining seat availability, travel dates, airline inventory, booking time, and fare conditions. As a result, it’s possible for RatePunk to show the same fare as the airline, while at other times we may surface different deals or alternative options.
If your account continued showing “Still deciding” after you had already paid, please make sure you’re logged in with the same email address used for your purchase. If a different email is used, the account can appear as Freemium or show a different membership status.
If you purchased a direct RatePunk subscription and want to request a refund, our 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions may apply, subject to the applicable refund terms. Please contact [email protected] with the email used for your purchase and your payment details so our team can check your account and assist with your refund request.
Best regards,
