Very dissapointed. A scam, Internet fraud. I paid in good faith, RatePunk Collected but not delivered. I requested my refund they ignored. I received unsolicited information about benefits and discounts available for air travel, which seemed legit and reasonable. I purchased the offered service and followed their direction for proper use. I did not get any of the results as advertised, nor access to the page or panel with the expected valuable infomation. I contacted by mail expressing my concern and asking for help in using the product, to no avail, no results. This is frustating after considering a Bona fide offer entered in good faith. 8/22 - Disappointed you can’t customize alerts by airline. The whole purpose of me signing up was to find Delta deals and now I have to filter through all of the other airlines. App is worthless if you’re loyal to one airline because of your status. Buyer beware 8/24 - once I followed the Rate Punk protocol they did promptly respond once I canceled and requested a refund from their 14 Day Guarantee . They didn’t make it easy to cancel like most everything else on their site but they did respond promptly and refund both tiers of my membership as promised so I will say they stand behind their guarantee. If they do decide to add an airline filter I would be inclined to rejoin.

I just registered to be a RatePunk member. I would have preferred to see the level of membership from basic to the levels you can add. I kept getting pop-ups with additional fees I can go up to the next level while I was testing to see how your site operated. Once I got into your system, it seem to operate like other travel website like Travelocity.
