It's scam. They just collect small amounts of money for selling dreams
Hello Igor, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry RatePunk left you with this impression. We’re a legitimate flight-deal service, and our goal is to help travelers discover and monitor potentially valuable fares rather than guarantee a specific saving on every route. Flight prices depend on factors such as airline inventory, demand, travel dates, route, booking time, and available fare conditions. Because these factors constantly change, a great fare may not always be available for every destination or schedule. You can use Price Alerts in our app to monitor your preferred departure airports, destinations, dates, and travel class, including flexible dates, so you don’t have to rely only on the deals currently shown. If you feel you didn’t receive the service you paid for or have concerns about a specific charge or deal, please contact [email protected] with your account email and details. Our team can review your account and help. Best regards, RatePunk Team
I wish the airline symbols were bigger OR the airline was spelled out. There are certain airlines that we won’t fly. Also, there’s so much info it’s easy to miss things. Just getting started, so time will tell.
Hey J Dehn, Thank you for sharing this helpful feedback! We understand how important it is to quickly identify airlines and easily spot key details, especially when you have airlines you prefer not to fly, and we’ll keep your suggestions in mind as we improve the experience. We hope RatePunk becomes easier to navigate as you get more familiar with it. 😊 Best regards, RatePunk Team

Since I haven't booked any flights yet. I don't know how to complete process works. I get emails telling me of discounted flights to certain locations. But I haven't planned a flight to complete the process using rate punk.

Since I’m fairly new to the App, and have a very specific search, my experience is not broad enough for me to determine the voracity of the results. And though I have an Alert set, I do not get notified. I still only see the results by checking the App.
Hey Laura, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We understand that it takes time to evaluate RatePunk, and we’re sorry to hear your alert notifications aren’t coming through as expected. We appreciate you letting us know and hope we can make your experience smoother as you continue using the app. 😊 Best regards, RatePunk Team

Very user-friendly application. The deals I've found are phenomenal, and the filters really let you tailor the offerings to your needs. I haven't pulled the trigger on any flights yet, but I've only had the app for a couple of weeks. I already have a few alerts set for the locations, times, and budgets of my next planned vacations. I am waiting for the app to find something that fits, and it is a go! The app offers a ton of value for the price.
