Fares are not great and they will process your credit card without letting you know. No deals at all.

Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the fares you received didn’t meet your expectations and understand your concern about unexpected charges. RatePunk does not process charges without a completed purchase. Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and any optional add-ons or upgrades are presented during the relevant checkout process, and the information is also available in the Terms & Conditions, purchase confirmation email, and account dashboard. As for flight deals, fares depend on airline inventory, demand, route, travel dates, booking time, and fare conditions, so the availability of particularly low fares can vary significantly. We can’t guarantee a specific saving on every route. If you believe you were charged unexpectedly or did not authorize a particular purchase, please contact [email protected] with your account email and charge details so our team can review the transaction and explain what it relates to. Best regards, RatePunk Team
