I wanted to return a product and started the process as described and the return software had a technical problem and wasn't working. I contacted the Support group and several people got involved and resolved the issue and helped me step by step through the return process so I wouldn't have any more issues. It all worked out great! I thought I had a problem with my order. USPS had it marked as delivered, but it didn't arrive until the next day. When I contacted Raycon, they were ready to replace the possibly missing order without a big deal. It arrived the next day and I immediately let them know. They only wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. By the way, I love my ear buds and the charging cable is perfect for my needs. I will recommend this company and their products.
