Have bought Raycon ear buds and charger for both myself and family. Raycon are quality products that perform just as well as brands with a higher price bracket. Raycons earbuds are a good fit and very comfortable also. I had a problem with a recent order and Raycons customer service went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue .. Big Quality drop off

Big Quality drop off I had the In ears before and they were very good and lasted for over 5 years. Bought the same ones and you noticed the quality was worse also the ways the button commands worked were completely different and now they randomly stopped working after not even half a year

I ordered essential earbuds and they…

I ordered essential earbuds and they didn’t work out for me. The site wasn’t letting me get a return label or do anything to get my money back. I wrote an email and received an immediate response. In a few days I received my full refund and they even let me keep the earbuds because of the refund issues. Service almost unheard of in this country! ❤️

The open earbuds are garbage

The open earbuds are garbage. Whatever battery life they advertise, is not accurate. This is my second pair. My first pair had to be sent back less than 30 days of having them because one earbud stopped charging. My second pair did a little better but is starting to do the same thing. The portable charger only kind of works if it's plugged in while charging. Otherwise it's just a carrying case. I say kind of because, even when plugged up, it may only charge one earbud. My raycons are not even a year old and they can't even stay charged for a two hour gym session. The sound quality is average. Definitely not as good as Beats, Bose or even Skullcandy. My advice is invested a little more money for a quality brand.

I've been using my Raycon earbuds for a while now, and I absolutely love them. The sound quality is excellent, they're comfortable enough to wear for hours, and the battery life is outstanding. I can go a long time between charges, which makes them perfect for work, travel, or just everyday use. They pair quickly with my phone, stay connected, and fit securely without constantly needing to be adjusted. Whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, they've been reliable every day. For the price, I think Raycon offers incredible value. Great sound, great comfort, and great battery life... I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality wireless earbuds.

I discovered Raycon through a YouTuber I subscribe to and am quite impressed with the quality of products, thus, it was a no-brainer to decide to back this project. When I ran into issues with updates on my delivery, I initially posted on the Kickstarter platform. When I didn't receive a response, I found the customer support emailed. Response was quick as well as the resolution. Customer service was excellent.

I had an issue with my Raycon’s

I had an issue with my Raycon’s. I contacted customer services who went through some fault finding checks to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they did not work. As they were still under warranty and to my surpriseI received a brand new replacement only after a couple of days. Excellent customer service from the start to finish! Thanks again.

4 years everyday, still great 🤗

I got them august 2022, so I’m using them (everyday earbuds) for 4 years now. I use them listeni g sitting, walking and running. They always work and are never empty. They work for hours and hours and the sound is good. Yes, theres better sound in some more (much more) expensive headsets, but especially for running and walking (light, good quality sound, dont fall out the ears) I always choose these Raycons 🤗

Awesome products, my go to earbuds! Great quality for a fraction of what the big brands charge. Nice sound, long battery with quick charging times, and awesome designs and colors! The charging cable works great too (used with earbuds and also Samsung phone). It has movable ends so you can easily hold your phone when charging. The only anoying thing is that the ends have a little light that lights up when you plug something in. Nice for seeing that it charges but not great if you're sensible to lights while sleeping. I ordered internationally and everything went smooth. No shipping problems, quick shipping time, good packaging. Also a really nice customer service, even internationally I received a quick answer and solved any issue. Will def buy again!

No response to the international…

No response to the international warranty claim e-mail since 20 day. Their bone conduction headphones silicone after a month began too peel off the inner shell, another 2 month and it torn. Also tried to bind a replacement silicone to it but it is non-existing. After half a year of normal use, the contact became faulty and every time i take it off it turning off due the short. The typical "just buy another one if you have a problem with it." company. Never from them anything.
