I noticed RAYNEO AIR 2 was available for a great price, I bought one pair and was very happy with the quick delivery. The moment I wore the AIR2 glasses, I was instantly impressed with them. Not only the picture was soft and good on eyes, but the Sound was LOUD enough. Air2 is light weight and feels great. There is NO heating off the glasses between the eyes on the nose. I'm yet to figure out the whisper mode :) Once again, I highly recommend these glasses for anyone starting off for the first time and is on budget. The service is top notch and the shipping is quick and prompt.
I love the Rayneo Air2s glasses! After lots of research of different brands, I ultimately decided on these, and it was the best decision. I pair these with my PS5 for the ultimate gaming experience, the graphics are super crisp with zero lag. I also use with my iPad to watch videos. I got these glasses specifically to use as my monitor(s) for my job. Due to a birth defect, it is best for me to work with my legs raised higher than an office chair allows. So, I work from home in my recliner. I have tried various forms of lap desks and even got an expensive desk that can roll over the top of the chair, but it makes me lift my hands to high for the keyboard. I now have 4 virtual monitors right in front of my eyes with only the use of the glasses. This has truly been a life changer for me.

I got Rayneo X2 last year and I had a software issue when I tried to see if I can side load applications. I informed the support few days later, but I didn’t have time to follow their instructions until few months later in December. When I reached out to them in December, they still didn’t hesitate to provide me their excellent service. And they send a label so I can ship my glasses back and within a week of getting my classes, I was able to get my glasses back in excellent working condition. This level of quality service I’ve seen before is only from Apple when it come to Technology. Now I saw the same quality from Rayneo Support team. And I should mention, the initial packaging was brilliant. I’m comparing to Apple because they have one of the most satisfying packaging experiences and Rayneo was no exception, their packaging was something amazing and unique. Considering other tech companies and their packaging for average consumer, Rayneo is now on top with Apple. And the build quality of the glasses is superb. Absolutely loved it. I enjoy the Map app, it’s useful to me a lot. Hope their next gen glasses would have thinner frames, which already has thinner compared to every AI glass out there in similar category.

I bought the RayNeo Air 2 as they were the best bang for the buck. Although they were not the brand I had initially targeted they appeared on my radar as a newish player in the market but they had higher brightness, 120hz screen refresh, whisper mode audio and were cheaper than the major brands. I use them everyday and each of the mentioned features is easily accessible instantly via button presses and no need to load an app. This saves an amazing amount of time and really want others to know as it makes such a difference to my workflow efficiency. I really hope this helps others to improve their workflow efficiency and happy to do a detailed review if required.
Pros: Orders were delivered within a reasonable amount of time. The use and setup of the Air 2s and the Pocket Tv are relatively simple. Directions for you are concise.
Cons: Netflix application does not work, generates an error. The resolution is good at 1080p, however would be perhaps better is the screen size could be reduced in settings beyond the three stops allowed. I inquired about prescription lens from Lensology and their cost was more than half the cost of the Air 2s which is not acceptable.
The shipping was okay. The package came on time only problem is the fed-ex code didn’t work. When I emailed them gave very helpful link to see the location of the package. If you email them on Saturday you’ll get a response on Monday cause its closed on the weekend

I hate this glasses and I regret buying them. I was allure by the claim of a 201" size display but it's more like a 70" display at 10 feet away in reality. I can attest to this because I do have a 70 inch display and I can overlay the glasses almost perfectly. The center of the screen looks okay but the edges look blurred and text menus look tiny and text is hard to read. Glasses reflective clothing patterns, you need wear pure white or pure black in daytime or turn off light in night time. This is a product with a design flaw. Never buy from official site, buy from amazon so you can avoid awful refund experience. If you lucky you can get a refund,but I didn't.

Customer service was terrible. No updates were provided proactively. I had to beg for every update to my purchase. In addition, I was never provided with an ACTUAL receipt detailing my purchase. I was told to just 'send money' to a fake invoice that covered the same amount?!! That kind of accounting is reserved for 3rd world countries with little electricity, NOT high tech companies with 'glasses of the future'?! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I purchase from this company. Nor do I advise anyone else to. Also, the merchandise sent to be wasn't of high quality either and is glitch. Bad....just.....bad
