This company needs to allow easy pymt plans as MyPatriots does.Once a month for 5 months easy pay using debt or bank card I would of purchased more if I could have done that!
Food for thought.
Ordered and received the product in a timely manner. Prices were in line with others. Everything packaged in so it can be stored long term. I plan on supplying my camper with some of the product. With the administration that's in Washington DC right now you never know what is going to happen!
I did not receive it
I did not receive it. I ordered it the first week of September. I did get an email saying my order had shipped. It said tracking number, bit no number given. I called to find out where the order is and was told that “something must have gone wrong and I would be called back. I was not called back. I don’t know what to do except ask for my money back. But I would prefer to have the products I ordered… Carol Peacock

The selection is good and the process to purchase and deliver the product was very easy.
Excellent experience
The food, product, company, customer service, speed of delivery was excellent. Just wish they would have updated me on the time frame for delivery. It was two weeks later and then they just showed up. Overall though a wonderful experience. Would do it many times more.
One good one bad
I like the mango sticky rice trail treat! I also ordered an organic emergency food bucket but upon opening there were to punctured bags which leaked contents all over the bucket. I notified customer service about the issue and they sent a return label and I received a full refund due to it being within the 30 day return period. **NOTE TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS** if you purchase a bucket, always open bucket to verify contents upon delivery. The return/refund window is only 30 days.
I got what I ordered
I got what I ordered. It would have been nice to also receive a sample of the products so I know what they taste like before hand.
Our order never made it to us
Our order never made it to us. Was delivered to another address in another part of the state. Not once but twice the replacement order was delivered to the same part of the state.it was shipped department that made the mistake. Both order should have been shipped USPS.
