Still have not received my cash back

Still have not received my cash back. Takes months and months, maybe, if I receive it. So far I’ve used it many times and the cash back sits “pending”. Virtually useless

I waited three months and made a…

I waited three months and made a purchase in December, but I still haven't received any rewards, and I can't manually add more items to my order. I really don't know how to tell if this is a useful reward system.
