No Cashback

I missed out on the promo because the cashback from Southwest Airlines didn't come through despite accessing the website directly via RebatesMe. It happened again recently with Gap too. Unfortunately, neither merchant supports inquiries for missing cash back. If I had known how difficult getting the cashback approved was, I would not have added RebatesMe to my cashback list. At the time, it had the highest cashback percentage, but I would have taken a lower percentage at CouponCabin, Rakuten, RetailMeNot, or Hoopla had I known I was going to end up with nothing.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We really sorry to have missed the mark. Cashback tracking depends on the merchant confirming RebatesMe as the final referral, and unfortunately some merchants (including Southwest and Gap) don’t allow missing cashback inquiries if tracking fails. When the merchant doesn’t pay a commission, we’re unable to issue cashback. If you’d like help reviewing terms or tips to improve tracking in the future, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] we’re always happy to help.
