One step below average. Needs better after hours customer service
It was ok. I didn't like the lack of customer service on a Saturday nite. The 1st customer service representative barely understood English and hung up on my wife when she was trying to deal with an issue for her elderly parents.

Prepaid parking fee and easily got into the garage, parked car and then walked the five minutes to TF Green Terminal. Leaving the garage was also a breeze using the same barcode. I usually park in Long Term D and take the shuttle but this garage charges the same and it was very convenient getting into the terminal.

On airport parking in a garage for 10 bucks a day! What’s not to love!
RBG is easy to use and the price is…
RBG is easy to use and the price is fair for Airport parking. Not sure why PVD Airport does not have signs directing you to Garage C since it is on airport property. I assume because it is a private garage. The app works great but I wish I could drop a PIN on my parking spot because the spots themselves are NOT marked on the garage floor. I parked on the 2nd floor but it was in the midsection and confusing to put my own label to remember it. Dropping a PIN would have been much faster and SAFER, as I hate wandering around in the parking garage anytime but especially this time because it was around midnight. It was not completely intuitive for me to bring up the digital code when it was time to exit the lot, again, at midnight, I found it but why doesnt it just open as my current.\, existing and only reservation without muy having to search for it???
