Michelle was really good , I was frustrated and confused with their system but she was able to provide me with a refund. So I’m glad about that . You can only see availability after a voucher is activated aka paid. Just because you have set planned dates to travel doesn’t necessarily mean they will have availability for that time . If you are open to travelling whenever then this is a good option
The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff was friendly and professional. Redeem Vacations did their part and our vacation went well, with no complications. had a great time.
Due to the Middle East crisis, i am not able to travel to the country i booked my stay in via redeem vacations. I spoke to Eric, he was very understanding and he solved my problem and was very thorough throughout. I really appreciate it!
