When I approached the front desk I was greeted with a mellow, unfriendly tone. During my stay I decided to visit the restaurant inside the hotel called Chickie’s & Pete’s where I was ignored by stay for over 5 minutes before I decided to leave. Although the room was nice customer service could have been much better.

Our vacation was to Phoenix, AZ and we stayed at the Tapatia Cliff Resorts. Great resort and great service
The upgraded room was beautiful
The upgraded room was beautiful, well designed and functional. The Kitchen Table restaurant was very good even though it did not offer omelets. The food was tasty, however, I was a little upset when I saw that the restaurant offered a fruit cup as a side, which I ordered along with my NY steak and eggs entree BUT the server brought a fruit bowl which was $10 higher than the fruit cup. He argued that I orderd a fruit bowl per his order notes. I know I did not order a bowl since I saw a fruit cup under sides. He seemed willing to take it back but I told him to just leave it though I felt he brought the fruit bowl intentionally. The only other disappointment was that there were very few restaurants that stayed open beyond 10 PM. The free self parking was a big plus.

Easy online booking, great customer service but required unexpected fees
I had an awesome experience with Redeem Vacations. Booking was relatively simple. I needed an extension to avoid my voucher expiring, and the customer service was excellent. It was very simple to go to the site and chat with them. They were very accommodating and helpful. I liked my hotel. It was nice, and the service was good. When I got there I simply needed my ID and credit card to check in as if I’d booked directly with the hotel, so that was easy and seamless. The only reason that I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is because the fees to redeem the voucher were more than expected, and then when I got there I had to pay another $80 in taxes that I was not expecting to pay. Also, there was an additional cost for weekend dates or to choose certain accommodations, including the resorts that were listed. Even with that, it was definitely a fraction of the cost and met my needs for travel, so still an exceptional experience overall.
Real Live People on the chat line
I had some questions which were promptly and efficiently answered by a Real Live Person instead of an AI robot - something much appreciated by a lady over 75. I was also given some friendly tips and advice. Now I'm looking forward to my trip!
Vacation
I got a vacation voucher which is awesome it’s to Galveston, TX which makes it even more special because my grandbaby was just born! So now I get to go meet her! I had some confusion after I activated it but I was able to chat with Erica and she quickly helped me clear up the confusion! They are professional and quick to help! Highly recommend!

Incentive Trip to Honolulu
My incentive trip was to Honolulu, Hawaii. Everything was actually really great. My only negative out of the whole trip was 2 night prior to leaving. There was an altercation in the room next to mines. But that night and all the next day, police were everywhere. On foot, bikes, about 3 cars lined up the street patrolling the area. A relieved feeling of protection.

This company is reasonably priced
This company is reasonably priced. However this is a couples only vacation despite saying up to 4 people... They don't really mean that... Only 2 small children are accepted with reductions in service.
