Better ecosystem than Garmin
After constant problems with the Garmin Connect app, I sold off all of my Garmin components-, D2 Mach1, watch, Instinct 2 Solar watch, Garmin Index Scale, Garmin BPM.
I replaced the scale with a Renpho smart scale and had much better luck than with Garmin. So, I also picked up a Renpho BPM, smart jump rope, electronic body measurement device, and most recently, a Renpho Lynx smart ring.
Everything just works and the Renpho app is great.
How can a small company like Renpho produce MUCH better fitness products and app than a $billion company like Garmin?
The massage machine itself is great, does help with my migraine however the sound resets everytime and annoys me when I am falling asleep - that robotic voice " Good bye" freaks me out everytime.
I want to switch off the background noise and any sounds coming from this machine.
If there's a way I can switch this off permanently it will be great.
The Eyeris 3 has become part of my wind-down routine especially after a busy day at work or if I have been on the computer. The massage helps relax my eyes and the heat is soothing. I have been having some trouble with sleep (menopause) so I find this together with breathing techniques are my go to for a good night's sleep. It has truly been a life saver - my eyes feel rejuvenated and it is helping me to lower cortisol levels before bedtime.
So far the Renpho BP monitor seems to work fine. However, when purchasing it, it stated it would sync with Samsung Health via Samsung Health Connect. It does not syc the readings at all, they have to be put into SH manually. The SH also does not detect the unit via Bluetooth.
