The staff had an understanding of what I was going through and what was necessary to help me out. They were very exacting in the background questions necessary and developed a strategy to help me.

The best thing was the results that the company obtained for me with my particular situation. Also, the associate that I work with her name was Brittany and she was absolutely amazing in keeping me up-to-date on everything as it was happening. It took a couple of months, but she was on it and absolutely relentless and wouldn’t let go. I can highly recommend Reputation Defender, they have done a great job for me. It is clear to me they really care about clients. In addition to full-scale periodic searches done by one department, my contact Brittany does some things of her own and maintains contact with me. When starting this journey, we researched four different companies. Our experience with Reputation Defender had to be the absolute best.
