I had a wonderful day at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina through ResortPass. It was exactly what I was looking for: a peaceful, beautiful pool, relaxing atmosphere, and a scenic walk along the harbor and sailboats. I enjoyed a delicious lunch and a beer by the water, and it was the perfect little getaway. I would definitely do it again. Thank you, Sheraton, for a great day!
Hot summer, Cool pool
Booked a pool experience for my husband so we can escape the extreme summer heat. The location is close to us and had free parking as well as food and drinks to purchase. The resort pass made it easy to book.
Relaxing
It was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing—exactly what I needed. The only downside was that the bar didn't open until 4:00 p.m. I visited on a Friday and didn't notice that information listed in the app. Either way, it wasn't a big deal, and I can't wait to come back.

It was so easy to set up my reservation. The hotel clerk was wonderful, checked me right in and they had my cabana all set for me. Cold water and a delicious cookie, too! I can't wait to do this again. My only question is, do I go back to the same hotel or try somewhere else? Great day!!

Easy & great location! Wasn’t overly busy which was nice! I was told a waiter would come by but never did. Not a big deal but thought I would mention. They also had a co-Ed bathroom that was pretty gross. I recommend using the gender specific.

Ambiguous and misleading website when it comes to the terms and conditions. Not accommodating to make changes. Prices are overpriced and in USD for a Canadian destination. Booking process is not user friendly. Staff aren’t that helpful. AI generator for questions high was even extremely not fusty

This was the worst resort I have ever stayed at. I had to wait over an hour just to check in and get my room. The staff were incompetent and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.

Easy check in. We could bring our cooler with food and waters/sodas, easy to get lounge chairs with umbrellas, plus they were ok with us bringing pool noodles. Clean facilities and they provided towels. Not crowded at all. Nice to have bar option and small kitchen.
