Effortless daycation
Resort pass made it so easy to see what was available and what was family friendly in our area. We booked last minute and had no issues. The resort was nice and I got exactly what I paid for

Staff was nice Trash cans were full all around the pool area , no towels were available until about 2 hours after we had been there . The pool itself looks very nice but has a very rough surface and will tear up your feet if not carful . Food and drinks were good just was a little confused about having to look for someone to take an order

ResortPass is awesome. The Westin was just OKAY. There was not “poolside” food and drink. No pool attendants of any sort which absolutely would have elevated the day. But super affordable and relaxing if you want a simple day at the pool!
Tried to get refunded for day pool bed…
Tried to get refunded for day pool bed because it rained all day but cant get a credit or refund. I initially rescheduled for a later time due to weather. They were willing to issue me a credit then but not now. Regardless, No day beds available for the remainder of my stay so just spent 120 for nothing
