All was good but I have tried to add the names of our 3 guests several times and I can’t get them to show up on our registration. Very frustrating, especially when the Marriott Puerto Vallarta has a message on its website that states that their names are mandatory or our reservation will be cancelled. Help please!

Booked an adults only pool spa day. It was anything but. Loud chaotic. Tons of kids splashing and such. Their parents were ripping shots and just ignoring them. The staff just turned a blind eye. Very atypical for a property of this cost.

Falsely advertised that this resort had a waterslide. The only reason we picked this place. Try telling a 7 year old that they are going to a pool with a waterslide (as ADVERTISED) and then showing up and not having a waterslide. I’ll never use resort pass again.

Smooth check in and check out process. Room was clean and outdoor pool lounge chairs were comfortable.
Amenities went down hill
The hot tub was only filled halfway and the jets were not operating. Also, prior we were given access to the gym and first come first serve to cabanas. It’s a small pool area so requiring additional fee is a bit much. I’ve come to this hotel for a day pass and it appears the space is not being maintained well.

Heat advisory respite
Free parking, easy,friendly check in. We were three adults and two children, 6&8. The kids played happily in the outdoor pool for 4 hours during a heat advisory in Denver. Bless you, resort pass.

Very quick and easy process to book and check in. Hotel description was accurate and exactly what I expected. Will definitely continue to book day passes with ResortPass.
Hotel disconnect
Spent $100 on a daybed and when we went to check in, not only did we have to wait 15+ minutes for anyone to help us, but they didn't have a reservation for us. They said no day beds were available. So unfortunately we didn't even get what we paid for and ended up having to go somewhere else and ended up leaving the property

All staff was very hospitable. Wish there were more lounge chairs for people to enjoy or perhaps they could limit to the number of loungers available. Other than that the food was great! The ambiance was fun and light. The DJ was perfect! All around fun day!
