The hotel canceled our cabana the day of our rental because of morning and early afternoon rain. Reached out to ResortPass for a refund and explained the situation, but was denied my money back. Was told I should’ve checked the weather in advance. I did. But I also made my reservation a few weeks before my rental day. You need to be more accommodating for extenuating circumstances!
Resort Pass was easy and convenient to use. The property at the Anthem Hotel in Inglewood, CA was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi experience was simply beautiful.
Girls weekend 2026! Booked the cabana a Casey Key Resort! The decking around the pool needs immediate repair, it's dangerous. The food and drinks are extremely expensive, 2 pizzas were almost $100. I would say it was OK.
The property I went to on Resort pass on Sunnyvale had the most stunning photographs but when you arrived it was a really old daggy rundown looking pool with some nice furniture pieces around it. But the furniture wasn't nearly as nice as well was displayed in the picture. NO UMBRELLAS EITHER. The only way to get shade was to sit and in the under this big canopy where they had ³sofa type seats.
The process was easy, friendly staff, clean and nice grounds, the pool was large with lots of longing equipment and they provided towels. The only thing better would be is to have a separate Day Resort line to make it more efficient.
Wonderful Pool experience for the price! Pool was comfortable. The amenities were great. The only feedback I would have is that you get locked out of the pool when you go to the spa you have to walk across the entire parking lot so keep that in mind.
Great day at the resort with the grandkids. Nice and clean water park. Very accommodating and the kids loved the variety of water events. Food was prompt, reasonable and very good. Will be back for sure.
EXCELLENT!!! We had an incredible time. The young ladies at the check in desk were so welcoming and helpful. Kya at the Flow Ride was awesome! Out family loved it!!! We will definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES either with young kids or teenagers!!! Thank you Arizona from Nebraska!!!!
First time user - too much time troubleshooting app and discount code did not come through upon booking. They will not credit a $20 on a $600 booking. I have not even had my resort/pool visit. Yet time will tell if I ever use this service again.
