We waited until we were in the car and on the way because our little kids change their minds more often than I change outfits (and I’m a woman, so that’s saying something!). We arrived, flashed our confirmation email like it was a VIP pass, and were let in without a hitch. No drama, no tantrums, just pure happiness. We were so thrilled, we almost started a conga line right there!
I did not receive the $20 discount as promised for first time booking. I tried to create an account to see if it could be credited to me but was unable to, and also was unable to speak to anyone or email. a Very glitchy booking process.

What a great experience. Staff was friendly. You had options to park..beach front..pool..and shower and changing room all available. So reasonable as well. Great choice!
Booked for two nobody there had to go to reception in hotel. Got in at 14.15 none of the machines were switched on had to wait for staff to get them up and running hit my first golf ball at 14.25 I was gave the option of staying longer but I book 14.00 as I had to leave at 15.00 for work. The facilities were good but got 35 mins instead of the 1hr I payed for.

A 12% “platform fee” is completely outrageous. Then sales tax added makes then price an additional 20% higher than advertised. You need to say $94 and then put in parentheses “estimate $125 total after fee fees and taxes” upfront. I do not want be completely surprised only at the very end of the process by the price addition of 20%.

I never received my coupon code for refer a friend. Then my sister booked the same hotel but somehow it was the correct hotel but a different pool at the hotel. We all ended up having to cancel because the pool we wanted was unavailable for my sister. This needs to be made clearer when booking.

Dave, at the front desk was very welcoming. He was so helpful with the check-in process. Our room was ready to go and we were presented with treats to make our short stay an exceptional one. The pool was nice, clean and a great end to our trip. Check-out was seamless. We hade jis6 enough time to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi before the rain. Awesome day!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff was very welcoming. People staying at the rv resort were nice and friendly. The pool had a hot tub, both relaxing. All though it was small, I had a great time and stayed all day. I'd definitely do it again.
