Very frustrating- your Apple Pay does…

Very frustrating- your Apple Pay does not work. I reached out to Apple. They could not resolve it. I tried probably seven times…in the end it was accomplished via applying credit card. However someone needs to fix or take it down that form of payment. When I tried to call the message states- will call back in for 3 to 5 days, ridiculous. Hire more people.

Double Charged!! Reserved two day rooms through resort…

Reserved two day rooms through resort pass for a late flight and I was double charged - once by ResortPass and again by the hotel directly. I had to put a credit card down as a $50 deposit per room during check in and was told it would be released upon check out. When I returned home I was actually charged an additional $98 per room by the hotel directly in addition to the full amount I prepaid to ResortPass. I called the hotel directly and they insist I take it up with resort pass. Resort pass is also putting the blame on the hotel. Not getting much help. Beware when booking.

Cabana Days Before School Days 🏖️📚

Cabana Days Before School Days 🏖️☀️ We decided to squeeze in one last little beach break before school starts and booked a cabana through ResortPass in Panama City Beach. Such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day! Check-in was super easy and the front desk staff was so friendly. I had already paid to park in the lot before realizing parking was included with our cabana. I really didn’t want to make the walk back to move the car, so they took care of my parking charge for me — which I really appreciated! The cabana was $150 and covered up to 6 people, so it was a great deal for a group. We had plenty of shade, comfy seating, towels, cold water, a TV AND a mini fridge! 🙌 It was so nice having our own cool little home base to relax, snack, watch TV and escape the Florida sun when we needed a break. For $150 for up to 6 people, I definitely felt like we got our money’s worth. It turned an ordinary beach/pool day into a little mini vacation. 🌴😎 Great service, easy check-in and a fun way to enjoy one last summer adventure before it’s back to school! We would definitely do it again!
