I ordered the Customizer and it is just WOW!!!

I ordered the Customizer and it is just WOW!!! I have been using it to make crystal Rune stones with, by etching the runes into Rose Quartz, Obsidian and Tigers Eye. I had to add silver and gold (depending on the stone) paint pen to really make the etching POP. They look great and I love my Customizer and plan to buy another for my son.

There was an issue with the delivery…

There was an issue with the delivery packaging at first. The customer service team responded quickly and effectively to solve the issue and resend the gift. The recipients love the product and are excited that it was replaced so effortlessly. Will purchase from ththis team again.

Best Customer Service EVER

I had the BEST customer service from an Amazon vendor -Resparked. The Rep knew her business, the instructions were clear, they stood behind their warrantee, and a replacement is being sent at no charge with some added benefits. It was just great!

A DOUBLE Order

THEY messed up in duplicating an order I placed. THEY were gracious enough to provide the return shipping info, and to take care of the charge on my Discover Card. In the long run, "Respired" made everything correct.

My tool stopped working

My tool stopped working, and I reached out to the manufacturers. Without hesitation, they replaced my tool at no additional cost. In fact, they even gave me a bonus stencil set. Highly recommend.

A Company with Wonderful People and Ideas!

They are very nice & helpful. They have an increasing amount of various kinds of projects that one can etch designs on: a lamp, glass botttle, a coaster set, leather wallet and other leather & other items, a variety of stencils, Lots of ideas for the crafter and ideas for gifts personalized with the etcher. They've added more projects, though one can etch on anything (glass, stone, wood, acrylic, plastic, leather & more). They give lots of ideas on their website. They reply in a timely manner to emails. They're always ready to help with projects or just ideas for projects. One I want to try is etching a face on a short tree branch. I'm not describing it well, but it catches my eye everytime i see it. They have things you can further personalize or decorate your project with: fairy lights, great for the bottle,and other items, paints, and a huge amount of bits to use in the etcher for every surface. They have various sets of bits so you can get just what you need for your project or you can get a huge set & be ready for anything. You can be as creative as you want & their site is great for the imagination. Overall a great co to deal with.

Phenomenal customer service!!

My pen broke the second day I used it, and it was a Christmas gift so I had little hope that I would get any support. I was SO wrong. I emailed support asking if they could help me fix it, and they first responded with a small list of information they needed to help me further, including a video of what was going wrong with the pen. Maybe like 15 minutes after I sent them the information I got an email saying a new pen was being shipped out to me for free AND including a compensation gift for the trouble it caused me! I’ve had some terrible experiences with customer service recently and Resparked reminded me that there are still companies out there that genuinely care about their customers!

I had an issue with my product, sent in a message to their official Instagram account and was contacted back less then an hour later. I haven't met better customer service in my life. Great company and even greater employees. Shout out to Taylor who helped me out :)

Great customer support!

Although my engraving pen stopped working 7 months after the purchase Resparked was very easy to work with. After I answered a few questions and sent a video they were quick to decide they would replace it at no charge. It definitely was nice to get good customer support! Not so commonplace these days. I certainly recommend Resparked for your creative needs.

Defective product

Received the engraver pen as a present and didn't have a "project" to use it on.... used the pen on and off to practice ( like literally a half hour of use)... and finally found a project to work on past the 1 year warranty period. The pen didn't hold up and died mid use. I reached out to customer service and was told yes, your pen has a rare defect, but since outside the warranty, the best they could do was offer me a new one for $30 plus s/h. This was inn spite of being told.. sorry, we sold you something that is defective. Regardless of whether communication is via telephone, email or social media chat.. the response is canned and never changes. They don't stand behindtheir product. Worst customer service experience . EVER.

Amazing customer service. We had a small issue with one of the 3 units we purchased. Customer service answered my email within minutes and got me a replacement shipped out the same day.

The kits I ordered came quickly and were high quality. I did have one issue where I received duplicate pieces, but it was easy to contact support, the problem was solved and a replacement kit is already on it's way to me within days.
