Outstanding Customer Service
Before even receiving my order the USPS made an error and I was advised that they returned my order to the sender. I called Resparked to notify them. The customer service agent I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure I would get my order. They were very polite, helpful and everything that customer service it supposed to be. Outstanding!

I got this for Christmas and I love it but after a few days it stopped working. I contacted the company and they were amazing and very helpful. Its been almost two months now and I use it every day and couldn't be happier.

The bits didn't match the & description. After a call & emailing photos of what I received, was simply told there's a mistake on description but they never gave me the right description/instructions on the bits; instead, they offered $5...which is kind of a joke for all the time I put in. Also, Arrived very late. No response to email which delayed my trial process, & no-risk return messaging is deceptive given we have to pay for shipping & the restocking fee.

I love my customizer tool was having a lot of fun with it, until battery issues. This review is on their customer service. They got right back to me on my request and a new tool was in the mail next day. They have followed up and I am very happy with this team.

Prompt and precise individually tailored replies to all my messages.
I have sent quite a few messages asking different questions and you can tell that the responses are personal and not mass produced.
I have received replies very quickly too - some within minutes.
This company appears to care about its potential customers.
Although there are cheaper ones online FAKE Chinese versions which look exactly like the Customizer, I am contented to believe that if you want a good quality engraving tool then you buy it direct from this company or a genuine distributor.
I plan to order mine.
