Worst experience with this online vendor. I would avoid at all costs. They just don’t care about the customer and are impossible to get a hold of to correct the situation. When you do get someone the experience goes from bad to worse.

I got this desk pad because it was advertised as a desk pad. However, it has bumps and curls and will not lay flat, making it useless. That’s what I get for ordering online. Also, the shipping/handling charge was quite excessive.
