I ran out of pearl 4" bamboo picks. The vendor I bought them from does not carry any longer. So I turned to the Internet and there you were! They were out of stock with you, but promised to let me know when they were back in stock. Voila! Happy shopper!

This product is not a good product is not made for the wall, and once you attach the bracket that opens the bottle, you cannot take the bottom off it was not made for a bar situation. It was not made for a wall because you never can empty it without taking the screws out. Impossible to take it off of the bottle opener without screws being removed not a good product. Of course I made it work for my situation.

terrible customer service and products Stuck cups inside of each other and you;dnt get them apart had to threw away all of them ~ tired everything and they send me some advice that was useless. And never refunded or replaced the damage goods . upon trying to pull them apart I sliced my hand as well.

Prices are high and shipping is way too expensive. I’ve discontinued ordering from the company because I find cheaper prices for the exact same products on Amazon- and they offer free shipping.

I purchased white oval placemats. They are very nice looking, and I liked them a lot. Until we got a bit of Indian food on them. I fail to see how these would be restaurant quality if they stain the first time they are used. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought twelve of them and four are now ruined unless I can figure out how to get the stain off.

I had purchased the Moderna clear heavy duty plastic knives before. I was so impressed how heavy duty they really were that I reordered more. The knives can actually cut through a T-Bone steak! Needless to say, there is no need to wash our metal knives as these plastic ones are disposable. These are the first plasticware knives that can stand up to the job of cutting through meat. I highly recommend them to anyone.
The inexpensive dispenser had a manufacturing defect and Restaurantware promptly provided a replacement at no cost. Excellent customer service!
You purposely make your small box’s look like large box’s with that burger in it. We had to take the loss and buy the proper box’s elsewhere

Some came broken and they did not match the online picture. We would return them but you force us to pay shipping and it isn't worth the money. The cost didn't match what we thought it was going to be and we will never use them again.
