I bought your 4-camera system because my brother-in-law has had one for 6 years, and it shows a better picture than mine, plus it's wireless. I got it all hooked up, and it's working great. I did have to buy (4) 20 ft extension cables because the 3-ft cable that came with the plug didn't reach the wall plugs. I'm not using it with my phone yet, just monitoring from the TV screen. It has great night vision, much better than my old system did. I called the help line and asked some questions and they were very kind and helpful. I love my new security system.
I have been buying from Revo America for over ten Years. My oldest NVR was ten years old and going strong until the power adapter died.
I decided to buy a newer model and the improvements are amazing. Even the new cameras have better video quality at night. I will always recommend to other people to buy Revo America products.
The ordering process online was excellent and the customer service has always been great.

i have had system for a long time and it works fine. only ordered remote control to replace one that stopped working and can not get the new one to work came with no instructions or codes
Just got my 6 camera system up and running. Had to go and buy a 50' length of cat 6 cable, as one of the supplied 100' cat 5 cables was non-functional, and I didn't want to wait for a replacement, and also didn't need the additional 50' of cable in my attic.
So far, the rest of system seems pretty solid, and I'm happy so far.

I have not received my order to date.
I can see where the order was made and that it was shipped to my address but, I have not received the system w/8 extra cameras.
I don't see the shipper info either... UPS, FEDX, USPS ??
My bank account has been debited for the $739.12 cost and I'm getting nervous that I've been scammed.

I have used Revo Camera since the mid 2000's, and have had multiple systems, all with amazing quality. The couple of times I have had to utilize tech support is always so helpful in fixing my issues, very patient and kind (because when I needed them it is usually user error). Will continue to recommend and use their products
Cameras work but doesn’t record what good is it to upgrade to 2t and not able to record looking for a different system I think I will go with Lorex in the spring I have a Lorex in the office and works great! At least it’s a lesson u get what u pay for..
Another Satisfaction with Revo Security Camera System
Our previous Revo system last 13 years before it had issue with hard drive and video start to get grainy and distortion. So we decided to purchase a new Revo 16CH 8K PoE NVR with 16×5MP Lumex Cameras from them again. So far, we are very happy with the quality and the easy set up process compared to previous Revo system we had before. We hope this system can once again last another 13 years with this new system
I manage 4 different REVO Ultra systems with a total of 48 cameras online. A 16 camera Church system was taken down (inside cameras only) due to the renovation in July. Renovation Contractors cut off connectors, painted over connectors, reran some cables within the walls, cut wiring and broke wiring. After replacing connectors, running a complete new cable run, splicing one cable and remounting the cameras only 8 of the direct connected cameras came back up. 8 cameras on a POE switch did not. All the cables were tested multiple times but no luck getting the 8 cameras back online. I called REVO and spoke with Luis over three different days and he got ALL the cameras working again by remote access. He answered my many questions and even upgraded the firmware on the NVR. To say I appreciate his time and talents is an understatement. Thanks again Luis.
What’s the point of listing business hours if no one answers the phone? I sat on hold for over an hour in the middle of the day. If your cameras go offline, don’t expect Revo to pick up. I didn’t buy an expensive system just to waste my time listening to hold music. Total joke
I have been installing Revo Video Surveillance Systems for many years. The products are quality built and simple to install. In addition to great video, my customers like the free lifetime support and the two year warranty.
Luis is the best tech and very knowledgable!
He was able to help me with a difficult situation with my ISP, so that I could access my system remotley!
