Great product I have 12 cups from this company. However 4 of them stopped the suction, even tho I changed the cup and did the right maintenance steps. They are still turning on but I can’t use them as the suction is not working anymore the other 8 are still functioning but hence I can’t give 5stars as some improvements need to be addressed for this issue.

So happy I found this device. I’ve been having some shoulder issues since I am pushing 60 and my body just doesn’t recouperate as well as it once did! This has helped my shoulder to feel better and for that I am so, so thankful! It’s easy to take for granted just how often our shoulders are activated from even the smallest of tasks. Thank you Revo! (I also got the red light wand and collagen gel for my face and loving that just as much.). If you are on the fence, go for it! These are quality products. I don’t regret this purchase one bit!

Aloha and Great Day Hope all is well. This is Coach Smilie from Kaua’i Hawai’i. I’m a single dad taking care of my two sons full time since they were 1 and 3. They are now 17 and 18. I graduated from massage school so I can could work on my two sons after their Jiu Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do training. When I was growing up, there was no such thing as Recovery. All I had was the water from the green water hose and drinking from the low pressure water fountain. I Believe highly in recovery after training and these highly remarkable devices are a key for optimizing training and performing at my boys best the next day and especially during tournaments. Excellent devices
I ordered the bundle of 3 cuppers and I absolutely love them. I use them on myself (for trigger points in tops of shoulders and low back), my 2 teen athlete sons use them for recovery and muscle tension, and I use them on my clients in my massage therapy business- all with excellent, noticeable results. In one session, you can already experience results. Then subsequent sessions are even more effective. I give 4 stars because I’ve had 2 issues. First, in the beginning, I had trouble with 2 of my cuppers losing suction unexplainably and falling off, though it resolved on its own (still don’t know why). Secondly, I recently had an issue with one cupper losing suction spontaneously, falling to the carpet floor, and breaking apart. But I emailed customer support and within 10 minutes, I received a reply and a replacement was sent right out. Super impressed with prompt customer service!

I love this revo cup
I love this revo cup, it has helped so much with my rotator cuff. A little tricky at first to get in just the right spot. But, once the suction starts it’s set in place for the 20 minutes. I usually set it on 4 or 5 for suction. And use a few days in a row Then about once a week when it feels back to normal. This is my second one, I dropped it and tried to put it back together. Anyway, I called customer service explained what happened. The warranty had just lapsed but they sent a new one telling me it wouldn’t have the warranty. Which was perfectly fine with me. I’m very happy with the revo cup as is my rotator cuff.

I have muscle imbalances everywhere due to dystonia. These cuppers are fantastic for tension relief. I use them everyday. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because they seem to wear out within 90 day or so, but I do give them a workout.
Read the instructions first…Twice!
It’s a great product but please make sure that you encourage people to follow the instructions to a tee to avoid a less than satisfactory first experience. I was so anxious to try the product I jumped right into it and my first experience wasn’t what I expected. Once I actually read the instructions and followed the instructions I got the most out of the different techniques and I am reaping the benefits of this great product. I have CRPS and when used correctly this product is the business.
