My husband is a Monster Kid so finding these specialized shirts means the WORLD to both of us! The prints are beautiful and the variety of favorites makes it VERY hard to pick just one! Nowhere on the web site does it mention that the products will be made on demand and shipping is thus slow. Also nowhere does it mention that they use another company to ship. They answer emails very late in the day which leads me to believe they are located in Europe or Asia. I ordered an item on June 15th they notified that they could not ship because Shop had no apartment number for me. I gave my address where I am living and my credit card is listed that was 2500 miles away from the address that this company, a third party lists as my home address. That is an old address that I am only at for a few months a year. It also seems it truncated the apartment number. I tried to contact them to change the address to no avail. I sent them the additional apartment number which will now need to be forwarded to me by my neighbor. But not to worry it still has not been shipped. The only notification I have a week later is that a label was created. This is too worrisome. The website shows shipping and production will taake 7 to 10 days. The PO is still awating the package it is now 6 business days after order. I doubt I will ever see this item .Here is th4e information from USPS it still has not been shipped almost 10 days later. I love the 2 dresses I got! It took about 2 weeks to attivr, fits well to size and pockets!! I got the 80s cartoon one and the athf one. Have gotten compliments on the 80s one all day!

Great graphics on the 2 shirts I purchased. However, this is the first time I've come across an online clothing retailer who doesn't offer returns on items that don't fit. I mean when you can't try things on in a fitting room, you absolutely need to be able to exchange them for a different size if needed. I wear a medium in every type of t shirt and button down I buy... but these mediums are way too baggy on me. So now I'm stuck with $65 worth of shirts I can't wear. Awesome.

I placed my order on June 6, 2026 for an All Saints shirt. it wasnt delivered to USPS until June 14. it now says it will be delivered by June 16. I live 6 hours from
chicago and this order will have taken 10 days if i even receive it tomorrow. the delivery date has changed 3 times in the last two days.

The shirts are fine the Customer Service is terrible. After 11 days waiting for a label to be generated after the item’s supposed shipped. When I asked for an update or my money back I got a generic email response saying it would be looked into. 7 more days and they showed up I will never order again, and I have submitted this info to Disney Licensing Group so they are aware of the poor customer service.

Ordered shirts on May 18 and DHL says delivery on JUNE 9! Ordered 2 shirts for a trip...won't get them in time. I would not order from them. Their designs are interesting but 3 weeks via DHL is terrible

I purchased matching shirts for my husband and myself. His fit well, although he didn't particularly like the fabric (100% ployester). My shirt hung to mid-thigh and was not flattering at all, I will never wear it. I will admit that the problem I had was partly my own because I didn't read their return policy. They do not accept returns. When I contacted them they did offer to sell me something else at a discounted price. Having spent almost $40 on a shirt I'll never wear, I declined.
