Great service and ease of buying experience
Your website is very user friendly compared to other firearm dealer platforms. Additionally, I did have some follow up questions and called your fountain valley location. Your team answered my questions thoroughly and to the point while still being friendly. Also, the fact that your Texas location has CA legal firearms that are harder to come by in CA and can easily be shipped to the fountain valley location free of charge as well as pretty quickly is a fantastic feature that you guys have. My order was placed on 8/10 and my firearm was ready to process the dros on 8/15.

Shady & Arrogant
These guys are shady & arrogant at the same time. Maybe I look stupid, but I’m not. These guys tried to pass off their scratched-up floor model as brand new in a box. Come on! How stupid do you think I am? I can clearly see the scratches. Then the guy got all arrogant when I didn’t buy his story about how the display is brand new in the box. I’m not sure which is worse, his dishonesty or his arrogance.

Not only was the optic brand new and pulled from our warehouse, when you were not satisfied with the condition, we pulled two more brand new optics from the warehouse and let you pick which one you preferred. There is some dishonesty going on on for sure, but it's on the part of the reviewer not our business or employees.

They had the lowest price on my pistol
They had the lowest price on my pistol, and this pistol sells out within minutes at every online gun retailer! So some retailers are gouging prices and charge up to 160 $ more than MSRP but not Riflegear they are selling it at the MSRP instead of ripping people off. Additionally, the weapon was at my FFL 2 days after I ordered it ! Riflegear kicks some serious @$$ and delivers quickly at a low price!

Not only did they have the best price and allow me to buy my gun online from the comfort of my bed, they also have an electronic waiting list that allowed me to place myself on the list while I was still on the road. I was able to sync my arrival time with the wait list and I was seen in less than 5 minutes after getting into the store. The 3 different employees that helped me, 1 on the day I did my DROS and 2 on the day I picked up my gun, were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I ordered 3 mags form you guys in platform 7.62 x39 with a 10 rd rivet and received 5.45 x39 I cannot run these and when I left an email no one responded
