Awful customer service
Ok. 1st of all after completing the initial loan application, I wanted to chat w/ someone from the team, so I did that...I hit the little chat box icon on the website. I ended up w/ someone named Erika.....at least she was more polite! I will say (bc I have never experienced this before- w/ either lady) I've never had a representative tell me they were speaking to multiple other customers simultaneously. <~~~??? 🤔 I waited and waited for Erika to respond back to me, thinking I lost her directly- which wasn't the case! What happened to dealing w/ 1 customer AT A TIME!!!! I'm not really one to complain and stuff but I cannot lie...this was very impersonal. I wasn't rude w/ either female, I didn't mumble, I didn't ask them to wait so I could talk to multiple ppl in my house while trying to converse w/ them....etc. The 2nd part of this....which is by far the worst of it all....I had to call and speak to a representative to get the status of my application. So, I make the call. I get a woman named Frankie?. Now, my application was denied bc I just started a new job, however, what really upset me is Frankie just hung up after saying my application was denied. She didn't let me say have a good day, enjoy ur WKND, kiss my ass... like ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I'm so glad it was denied by this company bc I was absolutely accepted w/ someone else, and their representative's were much friendlier, professional, and waaaaay more personable. I see a bunch of low scoring reviews for this company. After Frankie hung up on me, I called back right away, as I wanted to speak w/ someone higher up. When I called back (3x in a row) GUESS WHO ANSWERED...DING DING DING....we have a winner Johnny! U guessed it... Frankie answered. So I just hung up, but what I really felt like saying was: STOP MUMBLING, & STOP TALKING SO FAST. Maybe customer service is not the correct area u should be in. It's BEYOND RUDE to do what u did! I for 1, didn't appreciate that. Smh 🙄 🤦🏻♀️ AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Outrageous fees unless you can pay it off within a week
I just don't like the amount of money you charge me for a loan $7,000 for $1,000 loan. That's outrageous. If I was not in a bind to get money. I probably wouldn't have borrowed from you but I have to pay taxes so that's why I have the money. lower your rates!!!
