I love rippling
Overall, my experience with Rippling has been positive. The platform is easy to use, centralizes several administrative functions in one place and helps simplify tasks such as onboarding, payroll and benefits management. While there is a learning curve for some advanced features, it has generally improved efficiency and reduced administrative burden.

It was a rough start
It was a rough start, with all the paperwork and things to sign. Once we got it all together it has been very helpful to get paid. Everyone working at Abby Care have been so nice and helpful.
Doesn't work well in the UK market - am sure its amazing in the USA
We've been using Rippling since 2024 (am writing this in June 2026 so we've given it a good run) - and write this with a heavy heart as we really wanted it to work. We are an SME, a consulting business with circa 40 staff/contractors. We've had to migrate off of it as it is exceptionally painful from a payroll perspective - our CFO who has used multiple payroll systems was constantly pulling his hair out every month. We were originally sold on how easy the platform was supposedly to use, and to be fair, some of it absolutely was straight forward like on-boarding and sending out contracts etc, but changing anything etc or creating a report was a total pain - most the time I gave up, we had a multitude of payroll issues so we unfortunately had to give up on it.

Had a pretty terrible experience
Had a pretty terrible experience with someone doing a cold email outreach to me. They promised a free pair Airpods, asked for my address and then proceeded to ask me 21 questions. Then they said since I wasn't looking to switch right now that I wasn't qualified for a demo and wouldn't be getting the Airpods. Not a fan of the bait and switch
