Easy to Use
The application is easy to use and simple with understanding. However the mobile version and computer version are set up differently. I am not able to access certain things on the mobile version like wages, but i can see paystubs & W2s.

A way to handle global payroll and HR without the headache.
We’ve been using Rippling for our HR and Payroll, and honestly, it’s been a lifesaver for our finance team. Managing people in the US, France, India, and Pakistan used to mean jumping between a million different spreadsheets and local providers, but this puts everything in one place. The best part is that it actually stays in sync. If someone’s info changes in HR, it just works across payroll and spend without us having to double-check everything. The only real gripe is the mobile app—it can be a bit clunky. But overall, for scaling a global team, it's easily the best tool we've used.
