I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service! I had lots of questions, and they always answered the phone during the hours they were open. No needing to press numbers to get to a department. No waiting on hold.
No annoyances.
A REAL KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON!
Usually the person who answered the phone was able to address my questions, or asked someone else to make sure I was given accurate information. They were very patient with me.
As for the products, I bought: 1/2 & 1/2, Citrus solvent, and soapstone sealer. So far, have used the first 2, which seem to be working nicely. Waiting to use the sealer until after the counter tops are fully cured.

The website was acting a bit odd. Double headers and things like that. When I did a search the item I was looking for didn't show and I had trouble updating the cart.

I am so thankful to have found you. I own a precious Balinese table that was the heart of our home. My husband passed away years ago (he worked with all kinds of beautiful woods in sailboat and finish carpentry) and I had no idea how to care for the table. You products and advise helped me through the process and our table is gleaming once more. It is so nice to be able to call and speak with a caring, knowledgable person. I called and to to talk to a knowledgeable and kind person that gave me some advice on my future order. The speedy crew got it out that same day! The products that they sell are just amazing. I’m currently using tung oil on old barn beams because the beauty is unmatched!

Easy order and quick delivery. I liked the pre-diluted option of the 50/50 Tung Oil; however, after several coats, I still did not achieve the final finish. So I order pure Tung Oil and have applied 2 more coats…I have one to go and am hoping that will get the desired results. I’m concerned that the Tung Oil is not Tung Oil.

Thanks for the review and for sharing more about your experience! Rest assured, the tung oil we sell is 100% pure tung oil. It is not a "tung oil finish", which typically contain some tung oil but mostly solvent and varnishes. Our tung oil will produce a rich, matte, luster on the surface. "Tung oil finishes" on the other hand will create a high sheen on the surface due to the varnishes in the formulation.

I have not used the product yet, but my order arrived quickly and was packed well. Everything was as expected. They offer vegan products. I only wish everything they sold was vegan.

Hello, Sorry for the delay in reporting my experience with your company but what I purchased, was 12 bottles of cutting board oils. They will be part of a Christmas present, French rolling pins, that will be for several members of my family that I found elsewhere online. I like the fact that they are a natural type oil. So I cannot wait to see their faces this Holiday season.
