We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, but we want to share some feedback regarding the RV. The start was perfect: friendly service at pickup and a very clear explanation of the vehicle.Unfortunately, we faced some issues on the road. The drawers wouldn't stay closed, the vehicle made a lot of noise during driving, and the smoke alarm was too sensitive during cooking. After a few days, the storage room key broke due to bad locks. We informed the team, but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved, so we had to manage without a key. After returning the RV, we realized our son's favorite stuffed animal was left behind. We called Road Bear, but they said nothing was found, which makes us think it was discarded. This was a sad end to our trip. We had an amazing time, but hope Road Bear will look into these points.

We appreciate you sharing your vacation experience and valuable feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues encountered with the RV, including the drawers, noise, smoke alarm, and the broken storage key. We also regret the distress caused by the missing stuffed animal. We are actively reviewing these points to improve our services.

I have used Road Bear RV in Orlando FL…
I have used Road Bear RV in Orlando FL every year, for the same event since 2014. They are by far, the best RV rental option, in my experience. Their vehicles are newer, cleaner and better equipped than all of the other rental options I've used. Pricing and availability have always been competitive and the overall experience is relaxed and stress-free.
