The eSim works like a charm
The Roamless eSim works seamlessly as long as you follow the well-guided directions. My Roamless eSim even worked for data on a cruiseship while we were in the Mediterranean a few years ago! A few days ago, I went through a strange mishap where I unwittingly subscribed for a US phone number (I live in Canada). I have no idea how that happened, so I immediately contacted customer service when I saw that a $59USD transaction went onto my credit card. The agent took care of this in a timely manner, since I made sure to contact them immediately. I will continue to refer this company to everyone I know.

I use these eSIMs on 3 devices plus my staff use them too and they are exceptional and have never let us down. The only vital thing is each eSIM needs to be on a different email address and account or it can get messy knowing what is what. We use a variety of providers but this one has proven the most user friendly.

Actually, I couldn’t use it efficiently in Greece. But it was OK for United States.

Hi Nilgun, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about the trouble you've had in Greece. While we are not 100% certain, it looks like your Primary SIM may be conflicting with the Vodafone network in Greece. (Same device, 2 SIMs connecting to Vodafone creates conflict on the Vodafone network; it is a fairly common issue with all Vodafone networks) Would you please manually change the network selection for your Roamless eSIM to Wind or Cosmote? I was sceptical first but proved me wrong
I was sceptical first on whether an e-sim would have good coverage but it has been great 👍👏 excellent sim and service, much easier to operate and top up rather than buying a sim card in a new location 🤩

Very happy that credit is carried over…
Very happy that credit is carried over from country to country. Worked flawlessly, except once when at the end of a train journey, within the same country, I lost connection, was signed out. I wandered for about 15 minutes looking for WiFi to try to fix the issue. Just as mysteriously it returned. Other than that this is a good service.
