Regarding the second issue, we do not have any record of a cancellation request for your subscription in our system (and the process is instant), but if you wish, you can do it right away from inside the Roamless app > Profile > Number > Cancel Subscription. I have been very satisfied with my Roamless eSIM.
I have been very satisfied with my Roamless eSIM for the last two years. Recently I bought a new phone and consequently had to write in for help twice in a very short time period. Both times the customer service was excellent! They replied to me very quickly and gave me step by step instructions on how to fix my problem. I am extremely impressed with them and would highly recommend this company to others!

The esim worked seamlessly unlike another one I bought. The app needs some work as its not clear how to buy data from your current balance as I twice ,accidentally, bought more credits because it was not clear I could not do this while in my home country using my dometic SIM.

Bulunduğunuz destinasyonda Roamless 3 farklı operatörde kapsama sağlıyor. Cihaz ayarları aynı olsa bile hem cihazların konfigürasyonu (iOS versiyonu, anten ayarları) hem de cihazların bağlı olduğu operatörler farklılık gösterebilir. Arzu ederseniz iPhone 17 Pro cihazınızda manuel olarak şebeke değiştirip kontrol edebilirsiniz. Ancak iPhone 15'te bir sorun yaşamıyorsanız problem muhtemelen cihaz ya da seçili operatörle alakalı olabilir. Herhangi başka bir sorunuz varsa size ulaştığımız email üstünden destek ekibimizle haberleşebilirsiniz. Sorun devam ediyorsa hemen çözmek isteriz. İyi seyahatler diliyoruz. We can see that your data connectivity is working now and that your eSIM has data usage. It is possible that you may have had a temporary issue with coverage on the last network you were connected. Please note that you can use 3 different network operators in your location (you can see them in the app) and you can manually change networks in case you experience weak signal.
