Useless
Useless. Got 50gb Spanish data specifically because it’s meant to have no throttling. It was so slow that throttling was no problem. Now have 49gb of unused and useless Spanish data.

Greetings. We apologize for the trouble, but this sounds like a possible temporary network (or device-side setting) problem which should be easily addressable.
You can use Roamless on 4 different networks in Spain: Vodafone, Movistar, Yoigo, Orange. So even if your current connection is unexpectedly slow on one particular network, you can manually select & connect to another network.
But please open an in app ticket > ask to speak to a team-member and we will help restore your network speed to its regular, expected 100mpbs+ levels.

Reliable, affordable, great for digital nomads
I used Roamless as well as a couple other eSim cards when traveling in Europe as a digital nomad. Roamless was the most reliable across countries, and I LOVE that the data you buy doesn't expire if you use the pay as you go option. I've been using Roamless for over a year now, and I'll use it for my upcoming trip to India too.
As a regular international traveller who has used other eSims for individual countries, I find the Roamless pay as you go sim very convenient as the data does not expire and it works worldwide. It is also very easy to top up via the app. I constantly recommend it to my travel companions on every trip

Roamless Offers Me Everything I Need
Roamless offers me everything I need when travelling abroad. Data and voice seamlessly where ever I am at a reasonable cost. The addition of a US mobile number provides even greater convenience. Great job Roamless!
Very usefull , almost everywhere direct access to internet; BUT now and then, for no reason, suddenly no connection at all and on one occasion that lasted the whole day which is very annoying in a remote area in a strange country (my friend was connected all day without interruption, he bought a local sim-card)

Paid $33 for 2GB, hadn’t yet used it at all when 20mins later got a notification that it had run out. I then purchased another 2GB despite the previous payment going through, and it didn’t work despite saying g it was “active”. I then spent over 2 hours troubleshooting on the chat to finally get it working but when I asked to be refunded the first payment they refused saying that my phone had used the data doing background upgrades (in 20mins without me using it at all, despite low data mode being on). Absolute ripoff, getting a local sim is easy at any airport on arrival and for a fraction of the price. Why does anyone get these eSIMs?!?
Terrible this time when I was trying to use it in California, CD Annie activate and cannot connect.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had. As we do not have a ticket from you in our support system, we wanted to reach out here.
Per our logs, your eSIM is already installed on your device so you do not have to re-install/re-activate it to use it in California.
You can simply go to your device Settings > Mobile Service > SIMs, find your Roamless eSIM there and turn it on.
Once you do this, select it for Mobile Data and you will be connected right away.
Since Roamless eSIM is a global eSIM, you only need to install it once. After that, you can turn it on > use it > turn it off when you're back home, and then turn it on again when you travel next.
