Everything was great until you overnighted my funds! A 60 mile trip went from Detroit to Louisville to Lansing to Flint and then I didn’t get the funds until Monday because they sat at UPS from Saturday til Monday morning! Not very good for overnight air shipping!!

Closing on a second mortgage with 110 pages of documents took only 15 minutes and was trouble-free. E-signing notarization platform worked great. Shannon Weaver was professional and friendly. Great experience!

I had a very good experience the team I had was amazing, there was only one thing that was frustrating however I was mostly to blame but in the end it all worked out.
Well, I’m still waiting for my checks. It’s been over a week. The tracking shows that a label was created August 7 at 5 o’clock in the morning. Yeah, well it’s still sitting there 4 days later. Not impressed.
This was my first time going through this process. We did not have a real estate agent to guide us, but working with Rocket Mortgage was a blessing! All of my contacts were very helpful, explained everything to me, they were courteous and very timely in getting back to me. I had many questions and all of the agents that I dealt with were very accomodating.
This was a particularly difficult closing, and Rocket stayed with me right to the end. I can’t imagine navigating this without them.
Danielle, the notary assigned to my close was amazing. She called the day before to explain the process. That made everything seamless for me. I had no idea what to expect and one call put me at ease with the process.

Everyone we worked with were absolutely incredible! Majority of the process felt very smooth and everyone had been helpful with every question we had being first time home buyers. We did have a few small bumps in the road that felt avoidable, one being closing day getting pushed over them not being able to contact the water company in time only the day before, and another being we had spoken about wire transferring the closing costs multiple times along the way and up until the day prior to close we had asked about the process and if we could do it that day and how it worked, and they told me we would get instructions via email and be able to do so, however when following the instructions we discovered you must wire transfer at a minimum of two days before closing. Thankfully we were able to get a cashiers check in time. Overall a great experience though, and would use again and recommend to others!
