I was a first time home-buyer and Rocket made this experience not only simple, but they made it fun. I learned so much and worked with the most amazing team! Every single interaction was personal, friendly and informative. I really enjoyed working with Ebony. She was just amazing from start to finish. I have ALREADY recommended Rocket to a coworker who is thinking of buying her first home. I would give ten stars if I could!

Rocket Close is such an easy to follow process, User Interface is very simple to navigate and use to upload and sign documents, everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. Not to mention the customer service is very easy to get ahold of.

Communication is terrible, kept changing closing date even after assuring it would close on June 24th didn’t close till July 16th. Called to ask question at closing n was told she didn’t know, called notary after she had left with answer so she had to come back. It just seemed like they was one problem or hold up after another with them. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

This was an across country move. I specifically went with Redfin and Rocket since they partner together. I expected much less stress than I had. I was tossed around through so many people and didn’t realize who actually did what job. I was asked to reproduce paperwork that other Rocket or Redfin people already had. It seemed to me no one was communicating with each other. My Redfin agents were great, I would use them again. I won’t use Rocket again.

luke never returned our calls or let us know when things were needed. This was a nightmare start to finish and then when he did text he would be mixed up and i would have to remind him of things ! honestly i should have given him a 1 but im being kind . if i had the chance i would not have gone this route. He needs proper training because with us he was useless . i had to call other people to get the answers i needed im glad the nightmare is over thank you Joy
