Closing was smooth with an exception
Most of the closing process went smoothly, however, the first contact I had from the closing agent was a text out of the blue asking for a lot of information. With all the scams going around these days, closing agents should be asking this information through thier secure portal and not through a random text.

Who is Nathan Lambert?
The service I received from Rocket Mortgage was exceptional. The only reason for the four stars is because of a Nathan Lambert appearing on my documents. My husband, Jesse Lambert is deceased and there is no Nathan Lambert and his family. It happened twice and I was not happy about that. I will use Rocket Mortgage if I have a reason to sell my home here in Portland so, thank you for everything.
